What’s up #VidCon2016?

Day 1 of #VidCon2016: Amazing, exciting, and nothing at all what I expected.

The first few minutes of my first ever #VidCon2016 was unreal and honestly, a little overwhelming.  I was running around the Anaheim Convention Center taking in all of the excitement that was going on around me, while bumping into YouTube sensations at every corner.  (Brandon Bowen being the first)

VidCon filled this Convention Center with absolutely everything that you could possibly want to do.  Whether it be taking a risk and playing Truth or Dare with 5gum in front of all of VidCon, having a dance party with the Live.me crew or shooting a short film with one of your favorite Vine stars at the flipagram booth.  When I saw that they have it all, I mean it.

Not only do they fill this Convention Center with these amazing booths and different platforms but they fill this Convention Center with these unbelievable, driven, passionate young entrepreneurs.  I spent my first few hours at VidCon talking with Gabe Erwin, Adrian Gee, Keith Lucas and I didn’t even have to deal with thirteen-year-olds screaming and swarming around them like I expected.  But as they always say a picture says a 1,000 words so check out my first-day experience here at VidCon  and let me know what you think.
