What problem does your solution solve?
The Vector Gear uses newer and more advanced tech to create ultrarealistic simulations.
What’s the market potential for your solution?
Right now, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality has only been increasing in popularity, yet decreasing in the amount of new, fresh ideas and actual ability. The Vector Gear creates ultrarealistic 3d models that can be put for almost any usage. For example, if you wanted to try a car you are not able to test drive, the Vector Gear allows for you to do so. Given one add-on, the idea is that by directly projecting into the eye, you can get on any chair and not only see but feel as if you are driving the car. Not only does this bring in consumers from both other companies and individuals, but this has also gained the attention of DARPA. DARPA is looking for a way to train their soldiers on the battlefield, even if not on a real battlefield. The Vector Gear can also be used in the medical sense as it has a function in plan where anyone injured will be let known that they are injured and if serious, a beacon both virtual and in terms of coordinates will be sent to the nearest
Who are your customers?
The Vector Gear will appeal to all. There is only a small amount of people who would not buy due to personal interests and such. I am B2C and worldwide.
How will you reach your customers?
I already have a large vat of customers as the Vector Gear will bring in people from every field. Entertainment, professional, and more, everyone will be able to see the usage of the Vector Gear. I plan om creating multiple stores, the first in Aventura Mall. This will allow for the customer reach to be very expanded with the thousand of people who will pass by. There are also online stores and such.
How will you make money?
Within the Vector Gear, there is the product and the Horizon. The Horizon is a Virtual version of the world. With the Horizon, things such as advertising and information storage can be used to create profit, but alongside that is the entertainment industry, which will be a very large provider of money. Some games can be seen in the website (http://www.vectorgear.tech/services). For example, Cardinal Factor will be one of the first games to be released. "Cardinal Factor is a game in which the player goes against real animaltronics and other players for a chance to go big or go home. While requiring high amounts of physical activity, it is worth it as the game is NOT pay to win, requires actual skill/practice and has real life rewards. At the end of each year, there is one large championship across players that givesa prize under several.sponsors who are being talked to. Dont forget the militsry and medical abilities either as those can create revenue.
What kind of partners will you need to make, support and distribute your solution?
At this point I only need funding as many companies have already offered services such as IBM and Arrow Electronics. I also have a manufacturer and such planned.
What will your expenses include?
Manufacturing - 750,000
Legal Fees - 75,000
Workspace - 125,000
Equipment - 950,000
Transportation - 60,000
Materials for product - 561,917.05
Physical Store (At Aventura Mall) - 1,257,700
Advertising - 2,000,000
Worker Fees - 35,000
Other (Special Materials, Newer Prototypes, etc) - 65,000
Total- 5,879,617.05 USD
With this, I will be able to completely go onto launching the Vector Gear, hopefully by
November so that it can enter the market booming with sales. For now, I am okay with
receiving $20,000 - $500,000 to create a prototype and start small scale advertising.
Who is your competition and how do you differ?
My main competitors would have to be Oculus, Vive, Microsoft and Apple. Although they are the leads of technology right now, they are all limited in some form. The Oculus and Vive is said to feel a tad heavy on users, does not have the wanted FOV and can be limiting in terms of the environment. Although the Hololens would be added as a competitor, the main problem is the energy consumption and how some say that it is a bit weird looking into the Hololens (Microsoft) because of it's FOV and distortion. The Vector Gear takes all of these problems listed and fixes them into one compact system that allows for the Vector Gear to not only fix these functions, but build upon these functions and allow for more advanced functions. Apple is also a competitor as the main plan is to replace phones with the Vector Gear entirely. All the products above are simply remaking older versions of their products. As I am starting from scratch, I can add and upgrade everything they have and add in my own.
