What problem does your solution solve?
My magazine will give marginalized people a platform to amplify their voices and their stories, whereas most other magazines do not allow them to either based off of censorship, bias or simply not understanding their perspective.
Who are your customers?
The customers of my magazine would be marginalized people, their allies and people want to learn more about intersectionality, inclusivity, culture, justice, systems of oppression and consume art the discusses and portrays such topics.
My ideal position would be to be a B2C and B2B company. Speaking realistically, my company would start out as B2C. If not able to be both types, I would prefer to remain that way in order to develops a sense of community with my consumers.
