Startup Reactor is facing the lack of extracurricular programs where the young generation does not have the resources to develop their entrepreneurship/startup business skills; and don’t have mentors nor a community since the resources are limited.
What’s the market potential for your solution?
Startup Reactor market to target our teenagers. In the United States only, the last demographic study (2010) showed that 22 million citizens are between the ages of 14 and 18, the estimated age of high school students. While in Puerto Rico it is an estimated 275,000 students.
Who are your customers?
Startup Reactor first customer and primary market are teenagers who are currently enrolled in High School and wish to pursuit a career within entrepreneurship.
How will you reach your customers?
Startup Reactor marketing strategy will consist of two methods. The first one being social media marketing since 72% of GenZ individuals spend an average 2 hours daily on social media accounts such as Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram. Second, we will use content marketing to create a more comprehensive interaction in our network.
How will you make money?
Startup Reactor revenue model is monthly and/or annual subscription. The program will include all of the speakers series, webinars, monthly meetings of the local chapters and other events. The scaling will happen through a franchise-esque.
What kind of partners will you need to make, support and distribute your solution?
Startup Reactor acknowledges the need of partnerships. That's why at the moment Startup Reactor has partnered up with Let's Go Hustle. Further on, Startup Reactor hopes to partner with the School Boards of different states/cities, and other revolutionary education platforms around the world.
