My target market consists of preppy teens and young adults, as well as tourists whom are looking for unique souvenirs.

My products are sold to retailers, but can be directly purchased by customers online.

Products are currently sold in nearly twenty retailers in Delaware (ericamorgandesigns.weebly.com/locations.html) and are also available online. Customers can find Erica Morgan Designs on various social media platforms.
How will you make money?
Selling to retailers and customers, my product margins have already proven to be profitable.
What kind of partners will you need to make, support and distribute your solution?
I am currently in search of textile manufacturers to produce inventory based upon my artwork. Other partnerships are already in place.
What will your expenses include?
My expenses include purchasing the inventory from my manufacturer (includes labor) as well as marketing fees.
Who is your competition and how do you differ?
Existing products on the market have a similar price points. However, my products deliver high quality, local artwork, excellent customer service, and uniqueness.
